Advisors contract with SustainBL — they are not employees. That means you keep your independence, your existing practice, and your schedule, while we help you grow your impact.

How the process works
We kept it simple on purpose:
- Fill out the interest form — a short form with your name, contact info, and a couple of questions about your background.
- Schedule an introductory call — meet briefly with Bryan or a member of our team so we can learn about your goals and answer your questions.
- Create your account — once it looks like a good fit, you will set up your advisor account.
- Watch the onboarding video — a quick walkthrough of the portal, scheduling, and the AI copilot.
- Upload your documents — your ID, your state license or coaching certification, and (for therapists) malpractice insurance. This keeps clients safe and builds trust.
