SustainBL aims to be transparent about purchases. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and whether delivery has already begun.
Digital programs and downloads
Because digital materials are delivered immediately, purchases of downloadable products and instant-access resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Coaching and consulting services
Coaching, consulting, and advocacy services may be refundable before work begins. Once sessions, review work, or custom support have started, refunds may be prorated or unavailable depending on the work completed.
