How much do I earn as a referral partner?
You earn 10% of what every client you send pays, on every package they buy, not only the first one. For example, a client who buys a $697 coaching package earns you $70.
When do I get paid?
Each payment is held for 30 days in case of a refund. After that it is ready to pay. You are paid by Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or check. Your private dashboard shows what is on hold, ready and paid.
What if a client is refunded?
Your share of that purchase is taken back, so there is nothing to pay on it. If it was already paid to you, it comes off your next payout. That is why money is held for 30 days first.
How long does my link work?
Your link remembers each visitor for 60 days. If someone clicks it, leaves and books a call within 60 days, they still count as your referral.
Do I need a license to be a referral partner?
No. Partners only share a link. Our specialists do the work. Partners never give VA claims, legal or clinical advice.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. It is free to join and there is nothing to buy or sell. You are paid only when a client you send pays.
How do taxes work for partners?
Partner payments count as income. US partners may need to send us a W-9, and you receive a 1099 if you earn $600 or more in a year. If you are paid through Stripe, Stripe collects this for you automatically. Ask your own tax adviser about your situation.
